Knox County Police Arrest Intoxicated Man Armed With Butcher Knife At Store

The Knox County Sheriff's Office says deputies were called out to the A&B Market in Gray where a man was intoxicated and armed with a butcher knife. Officers found the man, later identified as 41 year old Larkin Sullivan, outside the market carrying a screwdriver. During the investigation it was determined Sullivan had left the knife inside and that the store clerk had locked him out of the market. Deputies also found two plastic bags of suspected methamphetamine, an opened Suboxone strip, a used un-capped syringe and a spoon on him. Sullivan was arrested and charged with public intoxication/controlled substance and drug possession. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
