The London Police department has been named as the best dressed police department in the country. The Network Association of Uniform Distribution (NAUMD) held its conference in Florida and during this meeting, officials reviewed hundreds of submissions from stations across the county and once it was all said and done, the London Police Department stood above the rest. Public Affairs Officer Hobie Daugherty said the department tries to bring home professionalism to our community. He said the design of the new uniforms is a call back to what the department wore many years ago and the NAUMD felt that was what set them apart from the rest of the competition.
