UPDATE: Police are investigating a church fire in Clay County. The Solid Rock House of Prayer was destroyed Wednesday. The fire started in a storage building, but it quickly spread to the main church, burning it to the foundation. There were already suspicions about the fire, but more questions were raised after another nearby building was burned Friday morning. The second building was a storage facility for a former convenience store. The ATF and state fire marshal are among the agencies investigating. Officials did not confirm if arson is to blame, and they added it is too early to say what exactly caused the fire. No injuries were reported in the fire.
