Knox County Sheriff Mike Smith says two people are facing multiple charges stemming from a burglary report. Deputy Thomas Martin responded to the report on Standard Avenue in Corbin where he arrested 32-year-old Christine Johnson and 27-year-old Travis Scearse, who were found inside the home. Johnson was charged with third degree burglary and second degree criminal mischief. Scearse was charged with third degree burglary and second degree criminal mischief. Police say Scearse was also wanted on three Knox County warrants and three Whitley County warrants. Both were lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
