Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones says deputies were patrolling the area of Slate Branch Road in Somerset when they reportedly noticed a woman passed out in a vehicle in the no parking area of boat ramp parking lot. As deputies woke the driver, 38-year-old Jessica McKee, of Somerset, they detected the odor of marijuana. During a search of the vehicle, police found a baggie containing suspected methamphetamine along with a glass pipe. Police also discovered that McKee had an outstanding parole violation warrant. McKee was arrested and lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
