Former London police chief Elijah Hollon has died. Elijah Hollon served the city of London for more than two decades. He joined the London Police Department in 1988 and became police chief in 1993. Hollon retired in 2010. Officials with the department said his leadership and commitment to safety and justice left a lasting impact.
