Laurel County Sheriff John Root says Detective Hunter Disney arrested a man following a shooting incident. The incident happened October 13th near a business off of North Laurel Road. Investigators say 39-year-old Kristin Baker fired a weapon that hit a vehicle driving by the business. Police say no one was hurt from the incident, but the vehicle that was hit sustained damage. Baker was arrested Monday when an arrest warrant was obtained. Baker was charged with wanton endangerment, discharging a firearm and criminal mischief. He was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
