The Corbin Police Department says a man has been arrested for stealing packages from a porch. When officers responded to the theft, the victims provided Ring video footage of a man taking packages delivered to the front door of the home. The suspect was identified as 39-year-old Michael Felts, of Corbin. Police arrested Felts and charged him with theft of mail matter. He was lodged in the Whitley County Detention Center. The stolen property was recovered.
