Officials with The Richland Fire Department in Knox County said crews were dispatched to a home on Valentines Branch on Tuesday following reports that a vehicle fell on a man. The Knox County coroner said a 50-year-old man was working underneath a pickup when it fell off the jack and landed on him. Firefighters discovered the man died from his injuries after arriving at the scene. At last report, his identity had not been released.
