Laurel County Sheriff John Root says Deputy Bobby Roberts pulled over a car on North Main Street after noticing the driver fail to signal a turn. During the stop, the driver, 20-year-old Bryan Keith Brockman, of East Bernstadt, was determined to be under the influence. Brockman was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to signal and failure to wear seatbelts. He was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
