The London Police Department says K9 Officer Dylan Messer was called out to Parthenia Street where a man was reportedly sitting in a vehicle in the middle of the road possibly intoxicated. Officer Messer arrived to see 29-year-old Jarvis Bradley, of London, sitting in the vehicle “huffing” a can of air duster and then slumping over. Officer Messer had to reach into the vehicle, put it in park and shut it off while attempting to wake Bradley. Officer Messer was assisted on scene by Major Randy Medlock. Bradley struggled briefly with officers before being taken into custody. He was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
