Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones says deputies responded to a complaint of a suspicious person. While investigating that call, deputies found 44-year-old Cooper David Decker 47-year-old James Mounce, both of Somerset, around a vehicle that Decker owned. Both men had active warrants and were arrested at the scene. During the investigation, deputies found four firearms, digital scales, a used methamphetamine pipe, syringes, and suspected methamphetamine in the vehicle. Both were lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
