Public Information Officer Hobie Daugherty with the London Police Department reports that Robert Underwood with the First Responder Task Force of the Armed Forces Benefit Association, presented Courtney Medlock with a $40,000 Scholarship. The presentation is a survivor benefit that can be used by Courtney or their son, Brantley, at any college across the nation. Underwood expressed that it was his privilege to present the scholarship. Underwood also gave his heartfelt gratitude to Courtney and their son after Sgt. Logan Medlock made the ultimate sacrifice. He said Sgt. Medlock’s service and dedication to his community was second to none and stands as a testament for all.
