The Williamsburg Police Department caught up to a man wanted on multiple felonies. Officers took 33-year-old Rodney S. Richardson into custody over the weekend. Richardson had been on the run since a 2021 investigation that led to multiple warrants. Officers arrested Richardson for meth and heroin trafficking, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, receiving stolen property, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Richardson was also served with a Nelson County, KY warrant for non payment of child support and with a Whitley County bench warrant for probation violation. He was lodged in the Whitley County Jail.
